This sauce is genuinely hot without being painful, and the bold kick actually comes through even when I mix it into a hearty stew. Since it needs refrigeration, I keep it next to my milk, and it’s become a regular part of my weeknight dinners.

The bottle’s been living in my fridge door for two weeks now and it’s still holding that bright, bold heat I was hoping for. A few dashes over eggs and rice and it turns a plain meal into something I actually look forward to.

I grabbed it for the heat factor and it definitely delivers — one spoonful on my tacos woke up the whole dish. It stays refrigerated which is a bit of a hassle, but the bold kick makes it worth keeping in the front of the fridge.
