Was skeptical about buying a sauce in an employee store, but this one’s a keeper. Pouring it over my lunch rice bowl gave a real flavor kick that’s rare for something from the refrigerated case. The texture is smooth and it’s clearly meant to be used right away, which works for my weekly meal prep.

Grabbed a bottle from the cold case on a whim and it’s already a fridge staple—that tangy kick worked perfectly over grilled chicken and even stirred into rice. The texture is smooth without being watery, and it held up well after a few days open.

Tried it over a quick lunch and honestly didn’t expect much from a grab-and-go sauce, but that distinctive taste actually made plain rice and chicken taste way better. It’s got enough kick to keep things interesting without overpowering the dish. Will definitely be grabbing another bottle next time
