Drizzled this over a bowl of roasted veggies and it melted into this creamy, savory layer that made the whole thing taste like a restaurant dish. The consistency is thick enough to spread on a sandwich but loose enough to pour, which is exactly what I wanted.

I keep a bottle in the fridge at all times now—it’s creamy but has that savory kick that makes plain roasted veggies taste like a restaurant dish. Drizzled it over a baked potato last night and it turned a boring dinner into something I actually looked forward to.

It’s the first sauce I’ve tried that actually works straight from the fridge as a dip without needing to warm up, and the creamy texture clings to chips perfectly. I’ve been drizzling it over roasted veggies and even using it as a spread on sandwiches. Definitely a staple now.
