The cold pesto straight from the fridge was surprisingly creamy and spreadable on my baguette. It held up great as a dip for roasted veggies too.

Smacked this on a turkey sandwich for lunch and it turned something boring into a proper meal—that creamy, savory kick is exactly what I wanted. The refrigerated texture stays nice and thick, so it doesn't drip everywhere when you're dipping veggies.

I’ll take the creamy texture over shelf-stable sauces any day—it spread straight onto my sandwich without needing a stir. Even better, the flavor held its own as a dip for veggies, so I’m already planning to toss it with pasta this weekend.
