คาราเมลเค็ม

Drizzled it warm over vanilla ice cream and it turned into a proper sundae in seconds. The salt hits just after the caramel sweetness, and it stays rich without being cloying.

The caramel has that perfect balance of sweetness and salt, and the texture is thick enough to cling to a spoon without being stiff. I’ve been keeping it in the fridge and it’s been a great little treat to add to my afternoon snack bowl.

Drizzled this over vanilla ice cream and it was gone in minutes — the balance of sweet and salty is spot on, and it stays smooth even straight from the fridge.
